LCBW's Strassenfest on Day Two, at New Albany's Riverfront Amphitheater on Sept. 25.

Lovers of traditional lager styles take note: For Day Two of Louisville Craft Beer Week (Saturday, September 25), the scene shifts to Southern Indiana for Strassenfest, a German-themed riverside gathering made possible by a unique partnership between LCBW, the city of New Albany and New Albanian Brewing Company (founded 1987, 1990, 2002 and 2009).

Louisville Craft Beer Week Strassenfest
New Albany Riverfront Amphitheater
On the waterfront in downtown New Albany
3:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m.

Oktoberfest-style celebration on the grassy grounds of New Albany's Riverfront Amphitheatre, featuring German/Oktoberfest beers from participating LCBW breweries, including both BBCs, Bell's, Cumberland, Goose Island, NABC, Schlafly, Upland and a few surprises. Food by Steinert's Grill & Pub, with wursts, fish and strudel. German music, crafts and a family atmosphere. Free admission, cash beer bar.

And: Enter the baking contest at the LCBW/New Albany Strassenfest on Saturday, September 25.
