Non-Marquee Tastings and Events at LCBW 2010

Numerous beer tastings and related events will be occurring throughout the Louisville area during Louisville Craft Beer Week. Here’s what we know. Check back for updates.

Friday, September 24

C3 Collaboration Ale (Schlafly, NABC, & O'Fallon) Release

Tony Caradonna, founder and owner of O’Fallon Brewing Company (O’Fallon MO), Schlafly (St. Louis MO) rep Scott Shreffler and NABC brewer Jared Williamson will be in the house, presiding over an exciting special debut tapping of C3, the third installment in their tripartite collaboration series. There may be another scarce specimen, O’Fallon Wee Heavy Scotch Ale (12-oz bottles). Simultaneously, there’ll be a Kentucky Ale Patio Party on the back patio, reprising thie year’s Kentucky Ale (Lexington KY) Pro-Am competition, and featuring Jeff Beagle’s first place Coal Porter vs. Rick Stidham’s second place Amarillo (single hop) IPA, with other Kentucky Ale brands also on tap. It’s also a 1st Friday Trolley Hop.
